近日，山东济南。一位老人接到诈骗电话，对方声称“一年扣24000”，并持续通话控制老人手机使其无法挂断。子女察觉异常后果断报警，民警火速赶赴现场，及时打断转账操作，并直言：“你幸亏报警报得早，要不然这钱一分也不剩。”莱芜公安提醒：陌生来电切勿轻信，遇可疑情况请立即报警。
