时间一下走到了立冬。
不是那种一下子很冷的节点，
但会突然发现：
一天比一天想吃点热乎的了。
本周的「益周午餐」如常上线，
午间那一口热饭、那一口热汤，
是最普通、也最能安定心的温度。
季节在变，课程和工作还在继续，
但能在中午坐下来好好吃顿饭，
就已经是生活里很踏实的一件事。
立冬这天，记得添衣，
也记得按时吃饭。
