人民财讯11月7日电，小商品城11月7日公告，公司拟打造集文化传承、商业创新、旅游休闲功能于一体的文商旅综合体。近日，公司参与了义乌市福田街道五区市场南侧地块挂牌出让活动，并计划作为主体或指定下属子公司建设运营。公司以32.23亿元竞得该地块国有建设用地使用权。
