11月7日，百傲化学（603360）发布公告，鲍榕铭因个人原因，申请辞去公司董事会秘书的职务。辞职后，鲍榕铭不再担任公司任何职务。
公告中提到，在聘任新的董事会秘书之前，由公司董事长刘宪武代行董事会秘书职责。公司董事会将按照相关规定尽快聘任新的董事会秘书。鲍榕铭所负责的工作已经妥善交接。
2025年前三季度，百傲化学实现收入10.56亿元，归母净利润1.25亿元。
