时代财经获悉，11月7日起，淘宝将在广州、惠州等32城发放政府消费券，加码天猫双11。本轮消费券面向全国消费者，覆盖家电家装、3C数码、服饰美妆等全品类，单品至高补贴20%。该券可与天猫双11优惠叠加使用，多重优惠下力度可低至5折。此前，在天猫双11发放政府消费券的城市包括广州、杭州、深圳、上海、西安等地。（时代财经 庞宇）
