财联社11月6日电，台风“海鸥”的中心在当地时间11月6日19时许越南中部城市归仁一带登陆，中心风力在13至15级，台风给归仁及周边地区造成大面积破坏，大量树木和电线杆吹倒，很多建筑的玻璃被大风裹挟的异物击碎。同时，由于台风带来了大量降雨，越南沿海多地遭遇洪水。 (央视新闻)
