财联社11月6日电，上纬新材(688585.SH)公告称，公司于2025年9月25日披露的要约收购报告书已完成交割。智元恒岳已完成清算过户手续，现持有上纬新材2.36亿股股份，占总股本的58.6232%，智元恒岳及其一致行动人共计持有2.57亿股股份，占总股本的63.6232%。
