财联社11月6日电，均胜电子(600699.SH)公告称，公司本次全球发售H股总数为155,100,000股，其中香港公开发售15,510,000股，国际配售139,590,000股。每股H股发售价22港元，扣除费用后，公司将收取的全球发售所得款项净额约为32.53亿港元。公司H股股票于2025年11月6日在香港联交所主板挂牌并上市交易，股份代号为“0699”。发行上市完成后，公司股份总数将增至1,574,035,563股。
