林茂柏，男，汉族，1971年5月生，福建仙游人，1997年6月加入中国共产党，1990年8月参加工作。
厦门市地方税务局办公室主任，厦门市地方税务局党组成员、总审计师，国家税务总局厦门市税务局党委委员、总审计师（副厅级）等职。
