国泰航空11月6日在港交所公告称，卡塔尔航空同意出售或促使出售，国泰航空同意回购合共643,076,181股的回购股份，占已发行股份约9.57%，亦为卡塔尔航空目前于国泰航空所拥有的所有股份。每股回购股份的回购价为港币10.8374元，股份回购的总代价为港币6,969,273,804元。
