卫宁健康11月5日公告称，全资子公司深圳卫宁中天和公司实际控制人、董事长周炜收到广东省茂名市电白区人民法院签发的《刑事判决书》，深圳卫宁中天被判处罚金80万元，周炜被判处有期徒刑一年六个月，并处罚金20万元。该判决为一审判决，被告单位及被告人均决定提起上诉。此事项预计不会对公司经营产生重大不利影响。
