关于暂停2025年信阳市电动自行车以旧换新活动的公告
根据信阳市消费品以旧换新活动统筹安排及我市消费品以旧换新资金使用情况，按照“先到先得，资金用完即止”的原则，经研究，自2025年11月3日24:00起，暂停实施我市电动自行车以旧换新活动。后续电动自行车以旧换新政策若有调整，另行发布。
