11月4日，#B站拉黑指定用户 屏蔽开屏广告#登上微博热搜。有网友称，将ID为“9772b388-e7”的账号拉入黑名单并清理缓存后，可以屏蔽开屏广告。目前，该账号已搜索不到。
针对这一说法，B站官方客服已予以否认，并回应称：经平台核实，相关信息属于不实传言。对于任何未经证实的网络谣言，请大家理性看待，切勿轻信和传播。
