起因是APEC会上韩方将其赠送中方，中方夸赞好吃后，李在明立即加送了200盒给中方代表团。
此举带火"皇南饼"，庆州天马冢附近的皇南饼本店，排队购买时间从原本的 1 小时延长到最长 3 小时，订单量也暴增至平时的 3 倍以上。
