第一产业同比增长555.2%，占全部投资比重为36.5%，拉动全部投资增速23.6个百分点；拉动第二产业同比下降72.8%，占全部投资比重为31.1%，下拉全部投资增速63.6个百分点；第三产业同比增长195.3%，占全部投资比重为32.4%，拉动全部投资增速16.3个百分点，其中，房地产投资同比增长70.1%，占全部投资比重为7.3%。
从重点领域看
工业投资同比下降72.8%，占全部投资比重为31.1%；基础设施投资同比下降55.8%，占全部投资比重为49.7%；民间投资同比增长0.3%，占全部投资比重为28.4%；房地产投资同比增长70.1%，占全部投资比重为7.3%。
