北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）11月3日，据莆田金融监管分局公布的行政处罚信息公示表显示，福建莆田农村商业银行股份有限公司因"流动资金贷款、个人经营性贷款贷前调查不尽职、贷后管理不到位；个人信贷业务管理不到位；员工行为管理不到位"主要违法违规行为，被处以140万元罚款，另有多位相关责任人被警告。
