人民财讯11月3日电，凯伦股份(300715)11月3日公告，控股子公司苏州佳智彩光电科技有限公司（简称“佳智彩”，作为卖方），于近日与京东方科技集团股份有限公司下属公司成都京东方显示技术有限公司（简称“成都京东方”）签订了《设备采购合同》，合同含税总金额为1.98亿元。
