据乐居统计佛山房产信息网数据显示，佛山10月（10月1日-10月31日）共成交一手房3242套，网签面积约38.85万㎡，环涨39.1%。
纵观全年数据来看，该网签量直接创下年内第三高，仅次于3月和5月。
从五区的网签建面来看，五区无一例外的集体上涨，其中以三水涨幅最大，达60.14%，而顺德区的网签量最高，达1292套。
二手房方面则略有下滑。佛山10月总计网签3935套，网签面积约46.83万㎡，环跌7.08%，为近几个月最低。
