理想汽车产品线负责人汤靖10月31日在微博详细说明了“MEGA 2024款起火事件”，并透露事故发生的第一时间，自己就和质量，研发的同事在分析。他表示，事故发生前的4个多小时云端就报了电池绝缘故障，客服也联系了车控人和司机，甚至车辆还因小电瓶馈电进入到了抛锚状态并叫了救援。
