11月1日，湖南李女士称，她弟弟10月8日夜晚钓鱼时，被人当猎物枪击重伤。
李女士称，当日弟弟在洞庭湖(禁钓)水域夜钓，看见有车来后躲进草丛里，打猎者误以为是猎物，开枪击中他脑部。
目前受害者仍在治疗。当地村干部称4名涉案人员均已被警方控制。当地警方称案件已移交刑侦部门调查。
