10月30日，福建宁德市民林先生反映称，其妻子在宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院完成分娩后，在与新生儿一同从产房转送至病房的途中，疑因推车护栏未锁紧，新生儿从推车上坠落，致右顶骨骨折。
