10月31日，中创环保（300056）发布公告，公司终止向特定对象发行股票事项并撤回申请文件。
公司表示，由于市场环境的变化，在综合考虑资本市场状况以及公司整体发展规划等因素，经相关各方充分沟通、审慎分析后，公司决定终止本次向特定对象发行股票事项并撤回相关申请文件。
2025年前三季度，中创环保实现收入2.58亿元，归母净利润-4674万元。
