财联社10月31日电，公募基金业绩比较基准指引及其配套规则征求意见稿今日发布，在配套制度安排上，基金业协会将组织成立行业专家组，研究建立基金行业业绩比较基准要素库，基准库未来将构成鼓励、引导行业机构规范选取表征权益资产的基准要素。（财联社记者 闫军）
