吴说获悉，Jupiter 启动 “Fresh Start” 重启计划新阶段，发起 Litterbox 销毁投票。目前 Litterbox 信托已用链上收入回购约 1.3 亿枚 $JUP（占流通量约 4%），原计划三年后由 DAO 使用。社区近期认为该部分代币带来不确定性，Jupiter 因此提案决定是否直接销毁。
