2025年10月4日，云南元江县。交警在执勤时查获涉嫌醉酒后驾驶摩托车的男子陈某，其呼气检测结果达到174mg/100ml。核查其信息时，交警发现陈某在今年6月曾因醉驾被查，9月28日刚拘役期满，没想到出来还不到一周就再次因醉驾被查获。
经血检，陈某此次血液酒精含量为219.79mg/100ml，确属醉驾。因涉嫌危险驾驶罪，陈某将再次面临刑事处罚，目前案件正在进一步办理中。
