智通财经APP讯，中国国航(601111.SH)披露2025年度向特定对象发行A股股票预案，本次发行对象为控股股东中国航空集团有限公司及其全资子公司中国航空资本控股有限责任公司，发行对象拟以现金方式认购公司本次发行的全部A股股票。本次发行价格为6.57元/股，募集资金总额不超过人民币200亿元(含)，扣除相关发行费用后的募集资金净额拟全部用于偿还债务和补充流动资金。
