10月30日晚间，苏宁易购发布三季报。公司前三季度实现营业收入381.31亿元，同比增长0.29%，归母净利润0.73亿元，持续保持盈利。同日晚间，苏宁易购公告旗下子公司与债权人达成债务和解协议，减免债务约2.8亿元，预计将增加上市公司归母净利润约2.64亿元。公司称，此举将有效减轻债务压力，优化财务结构，提升经营韧性。
