财联社10月30日电，据新华社，目前，5000亿元新型政策性金融工具已全部完成投放，有力支持了一批重点领域和薄弱环节项目建设，预计将拉动项目总投资超7万亿元。据统计，国开、进银、农发新型政策性金融工具分别支持项目1054个、360余个、881个，预计可分别拉动项目总投资3.85万亿元、超1.3万亿元、超1.93万亿元。
