10月30日，据滴滴出行消息，滴滴送货近日正式推出“运费垫付保障”，承诺若司机完成订单7天后仍未收到运费，平台将全额垫付。滴滴送货总经理赵辉表示，运费垫付已正式上线，覆盖平台所有司机师傅。
