人民财讯10月30日电，关于磷矿的开采进展问题，湖南裕能(301358)日前在机构电话会议中表示，公司自取得采矿权证以来，有序推进矿山建设，目前进展较为顺利，黄家坡磷矿预计今年四季度将陆续出矿。从出矿到达产尚需经历爬坡期，具体需以实际情况为准。
