财联社10月29日电，电力板块盘中探底回升，上海电力走出15天5板，华能国际、陕西能源、浙江新能、涪陵电力、国电电力等跟涨。消息面上，展望四季度，中国电力企业联合会预计，用电量增速将高于三季度，全年全社会用电量有望达10.4万亿千瓦时，同比增长5%左右。同时，新增发电装机规模在年内将超过5亿千瓦，再破纪录。
