据台媒报道10月28日台北检察部门以公然猥亵起诉44岁嫌犯邱胜明，求处7年有期徒刑。
10月9日中午受害七旬妇人被邱胜明公然在台北车站大厅性侵，过程约10分钟，中途无人制止。
受害人称她在台北车站过夜数天，期间见到嫌犯3次，还被告白"想结婚”。目前她录口供后已离开台湾。
