当地时间28日，据俄罗斯国家杜马（议会下院）议员托尔马乔夫证实，关于实行全年征兵制度的法案已获三读最终通过。根据该法案，自2026年1月1日起，征兵注册工作将全年进行，春季和秋季将派遣应征士兵。
