财联社10月28日电，美国水务公司和Essential Utilities10月27日宣布，两家公司董事会已一致批准最终协议，以全股票、免税的方式合并为一家领先的受监管的美国水和废水公用事业公司，其预计市值近400亿美元，合并后企业价值约为630亿美元。
