齐鲁网·闪电新闻10月28日讯耳再造手术最佳时机为学龄前，及早手术可以减轻畸形对患儿身心发育的影响。目前推荐标准为：年龄大于6周岁，身高高于120cm，胸围大于55cm。此时患者健侧耳朵大小和结构轮廓已经基本发育固定，接近未来成年后大小；胸廓发育也能提供足够量的肋软骨用于耳廓支架的雕刻；同时这个年龄的患儿也能较好地配合治疗。
