10月28日盘中,沪指突破4000点，这是A股历史上第三次突破4000点。
回顾前两次，2007年5月9日沪指首次突破4000点,全市场PE为40倍以上。2015年4月8日再次叩关,整体PE降至20倍左右。
对于本轮行情,指数重返4000点，全市场估值约17倍。
