据华商报大风新闻，近日，天津的郭先生反映称，18年了才发现自己被冒用身份证办了两张渤海银行的借记卡。 郭先生称，根据涉事支行提供的信息，办卡方是他曾经的任职单位，天津恒信物业运营管理有限公司（已被列为失信被执行人）。这两张卡分别于2007年和2008年办理，卡内没有任何资金流水。
