雷达财经讯，天眼查天眼风险信息显示，10月28日，法院刊登上海菜小睿数字科技有限公司向任国超（任嘉伦）致歉的声明。公告显示，该公司未经任国超先生同意，于2024年10-11月期间在其相关分公司备案、运营的多家美团、饿了么店铺，使用了含有任国超先生肖像、姓名的图片，对此向任国超先生道歉。
