现年53岁的美国教头阿马斯于2023年11月正式接手科罗拉多急流，迄今共带队82场，战绩为33胜13平36负，胜率为40%。
本赛季的美职联常规赛中，科罗拉多急流积41分排名西部第11，无缘季后赛，最终球队决定与阿马斯分道扬镳。
