财联社10月27日电，中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出，截止2025年9月，住宅银主盘存量共269个，比上季的300个减少31个或10%，终止了5季连升，但仍为12季次高。当中私人住宅存量下跌，而公营房屋存量则微升。私人住宅存量193个，季环比下跌33个或15%，而公营房屋存量76个，季环比增加2个或3%。
