当地时间10月25日，马拉维总统穆塔里卡宣布，因持续干旱及其他因素导致的粮食不安全状况，全国11个行政区进入灾难状态。马拉维财政、经济计划与发展部日前公布的报告显示，2025年10月至2026年3月，该国将有约400万人的粮食需求无法得到满足，占该国总人口的约五分之一。（央视新闻）
