大家好，我是大朱。近期，市民小明在抖音刷到一条“低价促销电动车”广告，点击咨询后，商家以“方便沟通”为由添加微信。
双方谈妥车型、价格，小明觉得“实惠”便点击对方发来的支付链接，转账定金3000元。此后商家迟迟不发货，又以“发车费”为由再收2500元两次转账共5500元后，对方直接“消失”，小明才意识到被骗。
最后，有事找大朱，有爆料信息也找大朱。
