乌克兰国家电力公司10月24日在社交媒体上宣布，10月25日将在乌克兰部分地区实施分时限电措施，以应对近期俄罗斯大规模导弹和无人机袭击对能源设施造成的破坏。
根据公告，分时停电时间为25日7时至23时。对工业用户的限电措施将从8时持续至23时。此外乌国家电力公司呼吁民众在有电时段合理、节约用电。（央视新闻）
