10月23日，山西运城，有家长发视频吐槽称，夏县白沙河公园里面“幸福一家人”的雕塑赤身裸体，一丝不挂，孩子问起“奶奶，他们为什么不穿衣服”，自己无法回应，颇为尴尬。24日，当地水利局回应记者称：这个雕塑是厂家直接采用别人现有的设计作品制作，并非由我们设计，且已摆放多年。对此，你怎么看？
