10月24日，中国人保发布公告称，该公司于2025年8月27日召开的第五届董事会第十一次会议上审议通过了《关于聘任赵鹏先生为公司财务负责人的议案》。公司近日收到国家金融监督管理总局关于赵鹏任职资格的批复。根据该批复，金融监管总局已核准赵鹏担任公司财务负责人的任职资格，其任职自2025年10月17日起生效。
