博汇科技（688004）发布公告，副总经理洪太海因个人原因辞去其职务，离任时间为2025年10月23日。
洪太海在公司未持有直接股份，通过北京博聚睿智投资咨询中心（有限合伙）间接持有公司股份1.41万股，占公司总股本的0.02%。其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，并已做好交接工作，离任不会影响公司的正常运作及经营管理。
2025年中期，博汇科技实现收入5120万元，归母净利润-1690万元。
