张升民，男，汉族，1958年8月生，陕西武功人，1978年2月入伍，1979年7月加入中国共产党，中央党校研究生学历。
现任中共中央军事委员会副主席，中华人民共和国中央军事委员会委员，中央纪律检查委员会副书记，中央军委纪律检查委员会书记兼中央军委监察委员会主任、党委书记，火箭军上将军衔。
