10月23日，中国人保（601319/01339）发布公告，近日公司收到国家金融监督管理总局关于赵鹏任职资格的批复，确认其担任公司财务负责人的资格。
该任职自2025年10月17日起生效。此次任职资格的批准是基于公司董事会于2025年8月27日召开的会议上审议通过的相关议案。
