人民财讯10月23日电，为加强通用航空和低空经济规章制度体系建设，促进通用航空和低空经济健康安全发展，推进民航法治建设，配合《民航法》修订，按照民航局立法工作安排，在前期征求和吸纳行业及相关部门意见后，民航局运输司修订完善了规章《通用航空经营许可管理规定》（CCAR-290-R3），形成《通用航空经营管理规定》（征求意见稿），现面向社会公开征求意见。
