10月23日，香港特区政府统计处公布2025年9月份的消费物价指数。根据综合消费物价指数，2025年9月份整体消费物价同比上升1.1%，与2025年8月份的相应升幅相同。剔除所有政府一次性纾困措施的影响，综合消费物价指数在2025年9月份的按年升幅（即基本通胀率）为1.0%，较2025年8月份（1.1%）略低。
